oil paintings based on digital constructions
Still lifes of ordinary objects, containers, tools, fruit, paper and glass, arranged into scenes that feel at once found and constructed. Their surface is calm and ordered, built on realistic form, light and proportion, the perfection Lorincz finds in nature.
Within that order the human thread appears as tension. What looks random turns deliberate, what looks simple holds a deeper structure, and small imbalances keep the arrangement unresolved. These are not vanitas or symbol; the objects carry thoughts, memories and feelings, the imprints of a presence that has left the room. Fictional and never quite nameable, they let each viewer connect through their own experience and find something there that is already theirs.
